Frames

Place images into stylish, shaped containers for elevated designs. Frames offer a simpler, enhanced alternative to masks.

How to Use Frames
  1. Open the Design Tool and navigate to the Elements tab. Scroll to Frames and click See All.
  2. Click on a pre-made Frame to add it to your design canvas. Empty frames appear with a green field placeholder.
  3. Add an Image: Select the Frame, then click "Add Image" or drag an image onto the Frame (dragging directly from the Uploads tab won't work).
  4. Adjust Image: Once the image is in the Frame, double-click the frame or click "Adjust Image" to position or crop. For multi-frames, select the sub-frame first before adjusting.
How to Create Image Templates with Frames
  1. Single Frames: Select the Frame, then toggle "Make this a template object" in the right-hand panel.
  2. Multi-Frames: Select the sub-frame first to see the option.
  3. Crucial Step: Ensure you also select "Force Customers to Replace with their own Content" to prevent them from accidentally ordering your stock imagery.
  4. Before Publishing: Always add your own image to the frame before posting for sale; products with empty frames cannot be published.
