How to EDIT text on a template

Here are the steps to edit text:


  1. On the product page, click the blue button labeled "Personalize this design" or "Edit this design."
  2. Scroll to the text you want to replace and edit the text field directly.

  3. For additional adjustments like size, font, placement, and more, click the "Edit using Design Tool" button.

 

How to EDIT text in the design tool

1. Once you're in the design tool by clicking either "Edit this design" or "Edit using Design Tool", you can directly click on the text you want to edit or use the Layers tab in the left menu to select and edit the text.

 

2. A pop-up will appear, allowing you to edit the text.

 

How to ADD text to your design

1. Once you're in the design tool by clicking "Edit this Design" or "Edit using Design Tool", go to the left menu and click on the "Text" tab.

2. Then click on the "Add text" button. 

A text box will appear where you can type the text you'd like to add. Once you're done, click OK.

How to change the text font, size and color 

To change the font, text, color and more on desktop follow these easy steps:

1. Click on the text you want to modify

2. In the right menu, you'll find various text tools, including options for font, color, size, rotate, flip, text stroke, drop shadow, letter spacing, and more.

3. You can also manually move the text object within the design itself and scale that way.

 

Troubleshooting - Why can't I change the text?

If you can’t edit the text, it could either be locked by the creator or an image of text and not a true text object. Unfortunately, this means the text cannot be modified. You can delete the image and replace it with your own text.
