Where can I find my Zazzle Account Credit?

You can view the balance in the bottom of the My Account page within your account. To navigate there simply click on your profile icon, then click My account, then scroll down to your Account balance.

You can use your account credit within your Zazzle account to reorder a corrected product or choose a new product, within one year. 

You can apply the account credit to your order during the checkout process. Before you confirm and place your order, you should see the credit being deducted from the total cost. There is also an option to deselect the credit option if you wish to save it for another purchase.

 

Why is my Zazzle Account Credit missing?

Account credits may take up to 1 business day to process, so if you are not seeing it, it may still be processing.

If the credit was issued more than 1 year ago, it may have expired.
