How Do I Cancel or Modify an Existing Order?

How do I add another product to an order I've already placed?

Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the amount of products in an order cannot be modified. You may be able to cancel your order as long as manufacturing hasn't started yet by chatting with our friendly AI assistant Zee. How do I change an option or edit the design of an order I've placed?

Once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the products themselves cannot be modified. However, you’re free to cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in ‘pending’ status (and has not yet entered our production stream).

How do I change the shipping method for an order I've already placed?

As with Product Details above, once an order has been finalized through the checkout process, the shipping method selected at checkout cannot be altered. However, you’re free to cancel your current order to make modifications and resubmit the order, as long as the order is still in ‘pending’ status (and has not yet entered our production stream).

How do I cancel my order?

The easiest way to cancel an order is to ask our helpful AI assistant, Zee, to do it for you. Simply click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner to chat with Zee to make your cancellation request.

Alternatively, you can check if your order is in the ‘pending’ status by viewing your order within the order history section of your account. If your order is still in the ‘pending’ status then you can select the option to cancel your order and make any changes you deem necessary. Canceling your order in this manner will automatically add the canceled items back to your shopping cart where you can proceed to the checkout and make the necessary changes to the shipping method.

All modifications/cancellations can be easily done by signing into your account on the domain the order was placed.

You may also follow these steps to get to your order history. Once there you are able to cancel the order:

DESKTOP

1. Login to your Zazzle account

2. Hover over the profile icon and click 'Order History'

3. Click on the order id you want to cancel

4. Click on 'View Order Status' (on the right side of page)

5. Click on the 'Cancel Order' button (bottom of page)

MOBILE

If you’re working on a mobile device, you should follow these steps...

  1. Login to your Zazzle account

  2. Click the profile icon, located at the top right of the Zazzle home page

  3. Click on ‘My Orders’

  4. Click on the order id you want to cancel

  5. Click on 'View Order Status'

  6. Click on the 'Cancel Order' button

If the "Cancel your order" link does not appear, it's because your order has already been queued for production and/or shipment. In this case, please use our helpful chat assistant (at the bottom right of your screen) to see if we can still cancel your order.

I accidentally put the wrong shipping address, how do I change it?

The easiest way to correct a wrong shipping address is to ask our helpful AI assistant, Zee, to do it for you. Simply click on the chat icon at the bottom right corner to chat with Zee to make your cancellation request.

As long as the order hasn't been shipped yet and your new address is within the same country as the original one, we should be able to help update your address.
